Appearance inspection standard for titanium plates

1. The surface of the titanium plate should not have cracks, peeling, oxide skin, bending, metal and non-metal clips, or alkali washing marks.

2. The hot-rolled surface of titanium plate should be smooth and clean. The board is allowed to be supplied with acid alkali washing, sandblasting, and sanding surfaces.

3. Titanium plates are allowed to remove local defects along the rolling direction, but the thickness of the plate after removal shall not be less than the smaller allowable thickness.

4. Slight darkening and localized water marks are allowed on the surface of the titanium plate; Local scratches, indentations, dents, and other defects that do not exceed the allowable thickness deviation are allowed.

5. When there are special requirements for appearance quality, they can be agreed upon by both the supply and demand parties.

5. The titanium plate should not have any layering.
